Are you looking for drumming for employees? A drumming workshop that will bring your colleagues together?

The DRUM CIRCLE, under the name SYNERGY WINS!, is designed for business organizations. It is a social musical gathering in which participants, through drumming and playing various other percussion instruments (African drums, congas, shakers …), experience shared rhythm, which positively affects interpersonal relationships and well-being, and through which participants can express themselves.

Research shows that drumming strengthens the immune system, creates a sense of well-being, and releases emotional tension.

It is highly suitable for:

• motivational workshops and employee gatherings (TEAM BUILDING),
• social gatherings of staff (picnics, New Year’s gatherings, family gatherings …).
• business conferences and seminars, where participants get to know each other and look for common ground (ICE BREAKER). Participants at such gatherings often come from different regions or countries, and in such cases rhythm can become the first bridge in mutual communication. Musical tasks performed in groups connect participants and provide a foundation for working together.

I also conduct the drum circle in English.

How?

At the agreed location, I set up chairs with drums for the participants. Once they are seated, we go through getting to know the instruments and rhythms. In the DRUM CIRCLE, each participant contributes their own, unique, yet equally important part to the music, just like everyone else. Personal creativity is welcomed, and in a relaxed atmosphere, sometimes in a humorous way, it brings about a sense of belonging.

Business gatherings are often tied to defined goals; contact me and we will agree on how to organize the drumming so that it supports those goals.

Instruments?

I take care of the drums. It will be a colorful array of percussion instruments from all over the world (congas, djembes, shakers, …), which participants will play with their hands.
